What is your shipping policy?
Canada shipping:
We offer free shipping across Canada for all orders of 15 bars and over. For orders that are less than 15 bars we charge a flat shipping rate of $10. Transit time is typically 1-9 days.
US Shipping:
Shipping to the US requires a minimum order of 15 bars at a flat shipping rate of $10 for all orders. Transit time is typically 2-9 days.
Where do you ship from?
FitFix is based in Toronto, Canada. We ship everything from our office there!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Great question! Our transit time is 1-9 business days. GTA orders arrive the next day. Given the nationwide shipping delays, it could take a few more days. We thank you for your patience! Please note: because FitFix Bars are made from real food ingredients, we want to make sure our bars arrive to you in the best condition. Therefore, we ship Monday - Thursday. If you place your order between Thursday at 12 PM EST - Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday.
What if my products arrived warm and melted?
First, don’t worry! Keep in mind, if you're ordering during the summer months and your products arrive warm and melted (premium chocolate does that easily), they are still completely safe to consume; just place them back into the fridge to let them return to their normal consistency!
Do your bars come in a refrigerated case?
FitFix Bars have a 100% clean label, and they are good on the go for up to 15 days. We do not need to ship them in a refrigerated case - FitFix bars are only meant to be refrigerated to help maintain the perfect taste and texture. If your bars happen to arrive a little melted because we only use real food ingredients, you can stick your bars in the fridge for a half hour for them to harden. Or if you like melted chocolate, go ahead and enjoy as is!
What is your returns & refund policy?
We care about YOU! You are our priority.
If you are unhappy with your FitFix bar experience, we can review your refund request submitted within 15 days of your purchase (the date on your order). We cannot accept returns on our products as they’re food items, however we will be happy to offer you a full or partial refund or a full or partial replacement of your product(s). Please reach out to us info@fitfixfoods.com - so we can make it right!
Do FitFix bars require refrigeration?
Since we don’t use chemical preservatives or overly-processed ingredients, refrigeration is required to maintain the optimal freshness, consistency, texture, shape and flavor of our products.
What is the shelf life of a FitFix bar?
A FitFix bar can last up to 10-15 days (no problem) outside the fridge. Take them to the gym, the office, traveling or wherever you want and they will be perfectly fine for 10-15 days outside of the fridge. All products stay fresh for up to 4 months when stored in the fridge (Look for the best before date on the wrapper). But we know you will eat them well before then!
Can I freeze a FitFix Bar?
Yes, you can freeze our products to extend their shelf life.
Are FitFix bars good for a keto (ketogenic) diet?
The premise of the Keto diet is to consume high-fat, low-carb foods with adequate protein, forcing the body to burn fats, than carbohydrates. While the nuts and pea protein contribute to a balanced fat and protein make up, we also add real honey and dates to help bind the bars together and make them taste delicious! Because of this, FitFix bars are unsuitable for Keto dieters.
What do you use as your sweetener?
The main source of sugar in our products is dates and real honey. It provides sweetness and works to bind the nut-butter together. It also acts as a natural preservative, as we don’t use any chemical preservatives. Additionally, our premium real dark chocolate variety contains a small amount of sweetness derived from cane sugar.
